The KN14 is a top of the range titanium blade knife The official description
of it is as follows.
3” serrated Titanium blade with quick-click easy-release system. Supplied complete with
plastic sheath.
This is my first impressions review of this knife. This is a top end knife. The first thing you
will notice is the superb quality of this knife It feels very comfortable to hold and the rubber grip means you won’t
drop it easily Its construction is very robust so it will last you a lifetime the titanium blade means it won’t rust
and will hold its edge and not go blunt easily

The bright yellow stripes on the handle means it is very easy to see even
if in the dark so you won’t have to fumble around in the tackle box feeling for it
The sheath is made from very sturdy plastic and designed to protect both
the blade and the knife owner it is very easy to attach to a belt or pfd thanks to the screw type mount on the back of the
sheath.
When the knife is located into the sheath there is a very positive locking mechanism
which holds the knife securely in the sheath so it won’t fall out accidentally
The over all feel of this knife is very balanced and easy to handle even with
wet Cold hands below you can clearly see the construction of the titanium blade there are 3 cutting edges on the knife
a line cutter a serrated edge and a straight edge
Over all I found this knife a pleasure to use its quality is easy to see
it is a top of the range knife that is originally designed for diving so the construction needs to be of the highest quality
I was particularly impressed with the comfortable none slip handle and the positive locking mechanism which I found easy to
operate The easy layout of the blade means it’s less lightly to accidentally cut yourself This is a fantastic
pfd knife. The knife retails at £35.00 Though northern divers currently have an offer on this knife of £25.00 which
for the quality you are getting it is fantastic value.
